These General Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Website and the Webshop. NO SLEEP reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions are those accessible on the Website.

Orders shall be placed on the Website. It is essential that you examine our confirmation of your order to ensure that it is correct. In case of error or if you wish to modify your order please contact us immediately. Due to Swedish legislation we are obliged to demand a written permission from a legal guardian when the customer is below 18 years of age.
By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to subscribe to our newsletter. You can at any time cancel the subscription by following the link available in the bottom of every e-mail.
AVAILABLE STOCK
All data shown on product level, are data in connection with NO SLEEP warehouse and our suppliers. When we receive new deliveries of a product to the warehouse or if a product is sold out, data might change.
GOODS
Pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Be aware that the colors of goods as shown on the website will depend on several factors, such as your display settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included with the product in the corresponding written description. All goods are subject to availability and we may not be able to accept and supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund any money paid to us for such order, by crediting your credit card. If you have placed an order which we are not able to deliver and therefore cannot accept, we will make sure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
PAYMENT

PRICES
All prices listed on the website include Swedish value added tax of 25 %. Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. NO SLEEP cannot inform the customer about these charges and the customer is responsible for the administration for payment and the payment of such charges.
The prices stated in the webshop are valid as long as the goods are available or nothing else is stated on our website.
DELIVERY - SHIPPING
All prices are listed exclusive of freight charges. The freight charge is added to the price and shall be paid by the customer. The freight charge is announced when placing an order.
We only provide the information necessary about you to the companies involved in delivering your order, handling your payment and the transport to your home, for example your telephone number in case there is any problem with delivering your order.

CUSTOMS
USA: If you order below US$800 you don't have to pay any taxes. For orders above 800 USD, please contact the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.
Canada: Depending on the destination adress, you will have to pay either GST (Goods and Service Taxes) or HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) on all orders above CAN$20. Please contact the Canada Border Services Agency for information about what taxes apply for your order.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
Our ambition is to send your order as soon as possible.
As we are a new brand, we currently do all of our printing on-demand. This means that when your product has been ordered, we work closely with our suppliers to offer the fastest production and shipping possible. We hope to have your order in your hands within 2-4 weeks. You will receive updates regarding your order in your email inbox, and if you have any questions feel free to reach out to us at info@nosleep.co. Keep in mind that delivery may be longer during periods of high sales, holidays or pandemics such as Covid-19.
At checkout you will see exactly what prices and delivery methods apply to your order.
WITHDRAWS AND RETURNS
All sales are final. all tough NO SLEEP can exchange sizes in case an incorrect order has been made (ONLY within 3 days of placing your order and if the item is available). Reach out to us with your order number and the details of what needs to be changed, contact us at info@nosleep.co. When withdrawing your purchase you will have to pay for the cost for returning the product to our warehouse. Our goal is that you shall be completely satisfied with the product or the products you purchase from us.
CAMPAIGNS
If you choose to return one or more products at promotional purchases where a product was followed on the purchase, the free product should also be returned in unopened / original order. If you choose to keep the free product, we will send an invoice for the product's value.
You can not use multiple discounts at the same time.
You can use a discount together with a gift certificate.
PERSONAL DATA
We must collect your personal information to fulfill the agreement. Personal information is considered any information that directly or indirectly can be connected to an individual. The information submitted at registration is registered and handled by NO SLEEP. You have a right to request once a year an extract of the information that is registered about you. If any information is incorrect, incomplete or deceptive we will of course correct it if you inform us. You can also request for having the information about you deleted. NO SLEEP only uses the information to fulfill the agreement and does not sell the personal information to any third party. By accepting these terms and conditions you also accept that NO SLEEP collects and handles your personal information.
SECURITY
NO SLEEP is conducting serious and ambitious work regarding security and continuously upgrading and updating our efforts to maintain this site a safe place for our customers. Any attempts to defraud, use false or stolen credit card data, access another person’s shopping account or similar attempts or other criminal misconduct will be reported to the police authorities. We are tracking IP addresses in order to use these in criminal investigations and proceedings.
FORCE MAJEURE
If NO SLEEP fails to comply with its obligations according to these General Terms and Conditions because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure, NO SLEEP will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
DISPUTES
We do our best to make all our customers satisfied. We always try to satisfy you if something is wrong with your purchase. If we cannot settle we recommend you to file a complaint with The National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) for an independent examination. We always pursue with The National Board for Consumer Complaints recommendation.
